Beautiful place in the heart of phuket town. I love the design and little details. Coffee is ok.

1/11/18 Reopen after renovation. 5 stars for the design but the ice cream is still too sweet for my taste. Nice and friendly staff with fast service anyway. Same menu as other branches, but I recommend coming for the ambience, have your ice cream in a Sino-Portuguese styled store. Very photogenic place. Also, it's the only branch in Thailand with customized store design.

Sino Portuguese inspired ice cream shop. For a mass franchise they stepped out of the box with this location. Purely Phuket and worthy a stand alone location.

Love this place. We seemed to be the only 'Farang' (tourists) in here, but would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting. Amazing selection of ice cream creations at a very reasonable price.

It could be one of the best Swensens in Phuket because of the beautiful historic building but on my visit the staff was super inattentive, did not care at all. I had to call them after 20 minutes because they forgot to take my order. The toilet is only on the upper floor behind a steep stair, good luck to disabled people and those who cannot walk. Scaling this stair on crunches was not much fun but the staff did not care as well. Such is life. Cheers.

An ideal escape from the heat. Air conditioned comfort and delicous ice cream and sorbets. The triple tropical fusion and the melon sorbet are highly recommended.

If you like ice-cream then this is a must visit place for you! They have so many sorts of ice cream. Menu has really big choice. It’s a bit pricey bit worth to try. Staff are super polite and can speak english. This place is very spacious, they have two floors of seating area.
